Dr. Paulin Bélanger founded Bélanger Optometry Clinic 80 years ago. Soon after, he opened his office at the corner of De La Salle and Ste-Catherine-East in 1943, in his native neighbourhood.

Dr. Viviane Tan is an optometrist who graduated from the Université de Montréal. Having acquired solid training during her studies and clinical internship at the Eye Center of North Miami, Florida, she aspires to broaden her skills and deepen her knowledge by completing a residency in pediatrics and binocular vision in 2025.
Throughout her doctorate, she was involved in student governance, such as a partnership representative and liaison for the American Optometric Student Association (AOSA), allowing her to showcase her leadership and her desire to promote the profession. Furthermore, driven by her dedication to serving society, she participated in a humanitarian mission to Ecuador in 2023 and numerous optometry volunteer events, which provided her with a wealth of clinical knowledge.
Passionate about visual health, Dr. Tan is committed to building lasting, trusting relationships with patients in our community.
